Bio Call To Attraction is a pop/rock/indie band from Pittsburgh, PA that has high-energy and melodic tunes. Influences behind C2A range from The Who to Yellowcard and Sum 41. The band consists of 4 musicians: Ryan Wood, Dan Becker, Joe Mahoney & Dylan Wood. Call To Attraction’s new CD “Something Like This…” released in January 2009, was recorded and produced at Here We Go Studios. The CD has 11 tracks that showcase C2A’s talent for crafting exciting and catchy tunes that blend together many styles of music. The excitement and energy of C2A can be felt at one of their live shows. “Our goal is to write and record great music and put on a kick-ass live show and just have fun.” says Ryan. Call To Attraction has been featured in Shinbone Magazine, earned an "Earn It Yourself" spot on the 2009 VANS WARPED TOUR and has shared the stage with national acts such as: Valencia, Mest, The Unseen, Amber Pacific, Single File and Rookie of the Year. C2A completed a successful summer tour in 2008 that had them playing at clubs in 8 different states. The 2009 Summer Tour will be even bigger and better! C2A has also been featured on many local radio stations such as 105.9 the x, 92.1 WPTS and 90. 1 WIUP. The future is bright for Call To Attraction and they look forward to hearing from their fans!
